Why did you decide to use CBD and collaborate with Eighty8?
For me, CBD is a super substance used by athletes all over the world. I started looking for CBD because I was classically working on the edge and didn't sleep much between races, shows, photo shoots and party nights. The older I get, and the wiser I get, the more important I am to make sure my body functions as it should, and even if I don't get that much sleep, I need to make sure it's all the better.
Some time ago, I had several offers to work with CBD, but only Eighty8 convinced me, mainly because it is a Czech company that is stepping into it with incredibly high-quality products, and thanks to this I can be a part of its growth in the market.
How long have you been taking CBD drops and what kind?
My cooperation with Eighty8 started in the autumn 2021, which was perfect timing because the end of the year was quite hectic. How do you work with CBD drops during the day?
Everytime I go for a run or a bike ride, I take a few drops of Energy Infusion first thing in the morning before breakfast. In the evening, I usually take something to relax and calm down, so Natural Drops or Chill Infusion. I have a 1.5-year-old son, so getting up at 5 in the morning is a classic for us, luckily I still get a good night's sleep with CBD drops.
Tell us about your recent injury?
I was in Innsbruck, Austria, at one of the biggest biker races in the world, "Crankworx". One day I had several training sessions, in the evening I slightly underestimated my speed on one 15-meter long jump and it blew into me, and in the end I missed a perfect landing by about a meter, but unfortunately I ended up with a fracture of one bone in my instep. Nothing terrible, but the break from cycling and sports lasted 8 weeks. I don't work at the post office, so unfortunately falls and injuries are part of these extreme sports.
I used the "free time" to spend more time with my family, got married and started planning other activities that await me when I am fully healthy again!"
